How does the Grand Offering work?

To qualify for the Grand Offering Bonuses send in a signed copy of the Non-binding Reservation Agreement, accompanied by a $5,000 - 100% refundable deposit.Those who are most decisive will be rewarded with the best monetary bonuses. The Reservation Agreement is available on our website at: www.puntaplayavistas.com

The Reservation deposit will be considered received by PPV based on the date of the electronic transfer. The first person to send in a deposit will have first choice of any Unit available at the lowest available price.

Each time we receive a deposit the prices will increase as follows:

42 Condominiums - $1,500 each  *  7 Ocean view Homesites - $5,000 each

You can send in a maximum of two Reservation deposits ($5,000 per reservation). You will have 45 days from when we receive your deposit to inspect the property. Once you sign up for the Grand Offering, we'll put you in touch with some folks who can make your inspection trip easy.

They will help you find the lowest available airfares, secure your rental car and they will work closely with the two hotels we have chosen. We picked hotels in different price levels that are in close proximity to the PPV property and that will make your trip convenient and enjoyable.

While in Costa Rica you will work with one of the PPV Developers who will respect your pace of doing business. Your leisure itinerary will include reviewing three properties: $94,500 condos in an "Edible Community" in Matapalo; the $200,000-$296,500 ocean view condos at Punta Playa Vistas in Playa Grande; and the awesome $875,000-$1.5 million oceanfront condos in Playa Langosta; enjoy a sunset cocktail party on the beach at Bahia de las Pirates; pick out furniture; plus leave you with leisure time to enjoy the Guanacaste region.

If for any reason PPV; Guanacaste or Costa Rica does not appeal to you and you choose not to purchase during your inspection trip, your $5,000 will be refunded. If you do choose to be an owner, you will be guaranteed the four Grand Offering Bonuses.
